🧾 Payment

At Magari Gems, we prioritize safe and transparent transactions. We currently accept the following secure payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Payoneer
  • Bank Transfer (Please contact us for instructions)

Before proceeding with a payment, we strongly recommend contacting us via our hotline or website chat to:

  • Confirm product details (stone type, quality, certifications)
  • Verify availability and pricing
  • Clarify any shipping or customization questions

Important Notes:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched to the courier service.
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped.
  • If payment is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.

📦 Shipping

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Handling time: 4–5 business days
  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

🌐 Standard Shipping (Free)

Delivery time: 25–30 business days, depending on your location.

Customs & Duties (International Buyers):

  • Buyers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs charges levied by their local authorities.
  • Magari Gems is not liable for delays or detentions caused by customs inspections.
  • For accurate estimates, please consult your local customs office. You may also check resources like the U.S. Customs Website or your country’s customs department.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.
  • Inform us of your reason for return via the “Contact Seller” option or email.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Late returns will not be accepted.
  • You must return the item within 14–30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.
  • We recommend using Registered Mail with full insurance for international returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items
    These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their unique or limited nature.

Damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted for return or refund.
